Job Summary

  • The Sales & Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving property sales, strengthening client relationships, and promoting the company’s brand across digital and offline channels.
  • This role combines sales execution, marketing strategy, client engagement, and market research to support the firm’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, digitally savvy, and passionate about real estate.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for property sales and leasing.
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and virtual tours for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, agents, and partners.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Support clients through the entire sales cycle—from inquiry to closing.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for property listings and company projects.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage online listings on property portals and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing decisions.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to support smooth transaction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Good presentation and storytelling abilities.
