Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the workplace is functional, secure, and well-maintained while coordinating users, supervising repairs, and managing facility-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with facility users, technicians, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage utility usage and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel where applicable.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent issues.
• Prepare facility reports and updates for management.
• Respond for procurements and giving supplies to end users.
• Responsible for the janitorial and safety of the facility
• Opening up facility for users and responsible for keeping it secured at the end of the day

Requirements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, office equipments, repairs and building systems.
• Good communication and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Good communication skills
• Must live within the proximity of Oluyole Estate in Ibadan

Salary
N80,000 - N100,0000 / Month plus bonuses depending on qualifications and experience.
