Job Summary

• In line with the reinforcement of the Sales & Marketing Department, we are recruiting a Senior Marketing Officer responsible for driving the marketing strategy, strengthening brand visibility, and actively supporting commercial performance.
• The role plays a key part in deploying integrated digital campaigns, managing brand image, optimizing marketing platforms, and ensuring measurable return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities 
Strategy & Planning:

• Deploy marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Develop annual marketing plans and manage budgets.
• Define and maintain brand positioning.

Digital Marketing & Performance:

• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO/SEM and digital performance initiatives.
• Optimize digital platforms and corporate website.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and analyze ROI.

Brand Management & Commercial Support:

• Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels.
• Supervise content creation and communication materials.
• Work closely with Sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.

Profile Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3/4) in Marketing or Communication.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing (mandatory).
• Brand management expertise.
• Integrated campaign management.
• Marketing ROI analysis.
• Strong digital marketing capabilities.
• Structured creativity.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Strong coordination with Sales teams.
