Job Summary

• The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing property units, coordinating with maintenance staff, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• The role will involve maintaining property standards, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Real Estate, or related field experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Customer service orientation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in property management software.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
