Job Summary
- We are a leading financial services group operating across fixed deposits, loans, high-yield savings, asset management, and insurance brokerage.
- We are recruiting to fill the following positions to support our growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business growth initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking.
- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs for informed strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, corporate, and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales and go-to-market strategies across financial products.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals, commercial offers and contracts.
- Monitor and report on pipeline activity, sales performance, market insights, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to align
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance,Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Master’s degree such as an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred and adds competitive advantage.
- 5–10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role (financial services preferred).
- Strong analytic skills with proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaborations.
- Previous experience in banking will be an added advantage.
