We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Structural Project Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Purpose

  • The role oversees project planning, designing, execution, supervision and documentation alongside plant utility installations and maintenance for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all civil, structural and mechanical projects to achieve quality
  • Conduct detailed structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and reliability of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality control) to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and drawings.
  • Identify and mitigate potential resource constraints to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure safe work practice on every project activity initiated by the Project session.
  • Implement all requirements of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields
  • 4- 6 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design related software
  • Versatile in Primavera, MS Project
  • Proficient in equipment installation and maintenance
  • Use of Microsoft offices - Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills - oral and written
  • Time management and report writing skills
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
