Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketer with strong FMCG sales experience, especially in the Soap & Toothpaste segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and increase market share within assigned territory
- Promote products and grow visibility in the market
- Leverage existing customer database to boost sales
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven FMCG sales experience (Soap & Toothpaste category is mandatory)
- Strong customer network within Lagos market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Prior field marketing experience is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 per month + Incentives.
