Job Title: Floor Trainer

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, supervising, and improving the performance of both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to ensure high operational and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff
- Develop training programs, SOPs, and performance improvement plans
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with service standards
- Identify staff skill gaps and organize refresher training sessions
- Support management in improving team productivity and discipline
- Ensure staff follow company policies, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND qualification or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience in staff training and performance management covering both FOH & BOH operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop training plans and monitor staff performance
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple teams.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
