Job Title: Floor Trainer

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, supervising, and improving the performance of both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to ensure high operational and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and evaluate Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff
• Develop training programs, SOPs, and performance improvement plans
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with service standards
• Identify staff skill gaps and organize refresher training sessions
• Support management in improving team productivity and discipline
• Ensure staff follow company policies, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND qualification or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven experience in staff training and performance management covering both FOH & BOH operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop training plans and monitor staff performance
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple teams.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
