Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant/Park.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.
  • This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
  • Drive revenue growth and manage profitability, including budgeting and cost control
  • Lead, train, and supervise management and frontline staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues professionally
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase patronage.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven track record of managing profitable restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus.
