Job Title: Digital Marketer

Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage the company’s website and ensure content is updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and SMS marketing.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and product promotions tailored to farmers and agro-dealers.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok where relevant).
• Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms to support the sales team.
• Optimize campaigns using SEO, SEM, and performance marketing techniques.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide monthly reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align digital campaigns with field activities and product launches.
• Manage online advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective ROI.
• Monitor online brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support e-commerce initiatives if applicable (online agro-input sales).
• Conduct market research to understand farmer behavior and digital adoption trends.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media partners when required.
