B-Freedom Outsourcing - We are a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in the swift and effective recovery of their bad-debt. We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, meet weekly and monthly targets, and give proper and correct reports of work.

We used skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls, and emails to remind and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 2 year of experience
• Must have an android phone to work with.
• Training is done for newly recruited candidates.
