Reime West Africa is afully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Description

• To act as the central administrative hub for technical projects, ensuring smooth workflow, documentation, and communication between engineering teams, clients, and contractors.
• They manage schedules, track budgets, prepare reports, and facilitate, rather than directly execute, technical tasks to keep projects on time and within scope.

Duties

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Technical Coordination: Liaising between multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and consultants to manage tasks and project workflows.
• Document Control & Data Management: Managing, organizing, and distributing technical documents, reports, and drawings using databases.
• Site & Field Support: Assisting with field activities, such as inspections, traffic surveys, or safety documentation.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensuring project deliverables meet engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and project tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / month.
