Unified Payment Services Limited is a company set up by a consortium of banks to provide and manage a credible and cost-effective smartcard operation through introducing an alternative method of payment in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Objectives

• To ensure smooth onboarding, efficient payment processing, and timely resolution of issues.
• It requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality, support transaction reconciliation, and deliver excellent customer experience that drives growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to e-commerce merchants on onboarding, integration, transactions, and settlements.
• Monitor transaction flows on payment gateways and escalate anomalies or failures for prompt resolution.
• Support reconciliation of e-commerce transactions, chargebacks, and dispute management.
• Handle merchants’ inquiries and complaints within agreed SLAs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Liaise with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve technical or financial issues.
• Maintain accurate and updated merchant records and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Assist in product testing, merchant integration support, and UAT for new features.
• Track and share merchant feedback to enhance e-commerce product offerings and processes.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years post NYSC.
