Job Title: Content Creator / Graphic Designer

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time / On-Site

Job Brief

• We are looking for a spontaneous, adventurous, and forward-thinking Content Creator & Graphic Designer to own our visual identity.
• You won't just be pushing pixels; you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity.
• You will be responsible for the entire creative lifecycle, from brainstorming the ideas to shooting high-quality content and finally designing the polished graphic.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production (Shoot & Edit):

• On-location shooting:open to visiting property sites to capture high-quality video footage.
• Content Creation:Film engaging content for Reels, TikTok, and videos contents
• Post-Production:Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced, and engaging videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Graphic Design:

• Brand Consistency:Design stunning marketing collateral including flyers, and social media posts.
• Digital Assets:Create eye-catching graphics for our website, digital ads, and listing presentations.

Creative Strategy & Ideation:

• Trend Spotting: Identify trending audio, visual styles, and content formats and adapt them to fit our brand voice.
• Content Calendar:Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan weekly content that drives engagement and leads.
• Brainstorming: Participate in weekly marketing meetings to pitch fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas for content series and campaigns.
• Spontaneity:Be ready to drop everything and film a viral-worthy moment when it happens.

Technical Proficiency:

• Design:Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
• Video:Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing your graphic design work AND video projects is mandatory for consideration.
• Real Estate experience shooting interiors, architecture, or real estate is a huge plus, but not required if you have the right eye.
• Experience running social media ads is a plus.
