We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Captain Relations Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Captain Relations Officer serves as the primary liaison between company leadership and Captains.
  • This role is responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring clear communication of company policies, addressing operational concerns, and supporting captains in achieving organizational objectives.
  • The position requires excellent communication skills, diplomacy, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of operational procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Captains.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Address concerns, feedback, and operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Foster trust and open communication between Captains and management.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Communicate company policies, updates, and strategic initiatives to Captains.
  • Ensure Captains are informed of regulatory changes and operational updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and leadership sessions.
  • Facilitate two-way communication between Captains and executive leadership.

Operational Support:

  • Assist Captains with administrative and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training schedules and professional development programs.
  • Monitor operational feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address disputes or concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Mediate between Captains and other departments when required.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Promote safety culture and best practices.
  • Monitor documentation and certification requirements.
