We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
  • Generate leads and close property sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular sales reports to management
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and property site inspections.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in a real estate firm
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Good knowledge of property marketing and customer management.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 and above
  • Incentives: Attractive sales commission and performance-based bonuses.
