Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager (Lighting Industry)
Locations: Lagos and Mowe / Ota - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive primary sales for lighting products (indoor, outdoor, architectural, industrial, decorative, and smart lighting solutions).
- Leverage strong relationships with real estate developers, contractors, consultants, architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to secure new institutional and project-based business.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian lighting market, emerging technologies (LED, smart lighting systems), and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities through project tracking, site visits, and participation in industry trade exhibitions and networking events.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining product specifications, benefits, and energy-efficiency solutions to corporate clients.
- Coordinate effectively with internal sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance reports using market intelligence data.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability targets are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification of B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience within the lighting, electrical, or construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of lighting products, LED technology, and project-based sales cycles.
- Established network within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors in Nigeria.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
