We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for coconut products and by-products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Promote products through digital and traditional marketing channels
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate product promotions, exhibitions, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with production teams to align supply with demand
- Achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (FMCG/agro-processing preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze market data and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
