Job Title: Field Credit Officer

Description

• A Field Credit Officermanages the full loan lifecycle in the field, including sourcing clients, assessing creditworthiness (5Cs of credit), and monitoring repayments to ensure a healthy portfolio.
• They are responsible for onboarding businesses, conducting risk analysis, and recovering delinquent loans. Key tasks involve site visits, financial documentation review, and meeting aggressive growth targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential business borrowers within a specific geographical area.
• Credit Assessment: Analyzing customer financial status, business viability, and credit history to approve or decline loan requests.
• Loan Monitoring & Recovery: Tracking loan performance, ensuring timely repayments, and following up on delinquent accounts.
• Documentation: Accurately updating loan application records and maintaining documentation on company systems.
