Job Title: Raw Material Store Officer

Job Summary

• The Raw Material Store Officer will support the Raw Material Store Supervisor in receiving, organizing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials used in furniture production.
• The role ensures proper inventory control, material handling, and efficient store operations to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Properly label, store, and organize raw materials in designated locations.
• Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
• Update stock cards and inventory records regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Integrity and accountability.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 per month.
