Job Summary

• We are seeking a goal-oriented and energetic FTTx Direct Sales Executive (DSE) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fiber-to-the-x (FTTx) broadband services in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-speed internet solutions to residential and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for FTTx broadband services.
• Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities within assigned territories.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing plans, and benefits of fiber internet services.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Support activation and onboarding processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years experience in telecom, ISP, or direct sales (FTTx experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Good knowledge of Abuja terrain and residential/commercial hubs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
