Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Location: Gujeni, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• As the Senior HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership across plant operations, driving workforce planning, industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development within a manufacturing and mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant operations and corporate objectives
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
• Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, and labor union matters where applicable
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
• Lead HR reporting, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, plant, or mining environments
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is mandatory
• Proven experience managing industrial relations and large operational workforce structures
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N2,000,000 - N3,000,000 monthly.
