Job Title: Admission Officer

Position Overview

• The Admission Officer will support student recruitment, admissions processing, and conversion of prospective applicants into enrolled students. The role requires a highly motivated and target-driven individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
• Guide applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrolment.
• Process applications and maintain accurate admission records.
• Coordinate entrance examinations, interviews, and screening processes.
• Support marketing campaigns, school visits, and outreach initiatives.
• Follow up with applicants to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare admission statistics and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with admission policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 4–6years experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
