Job Description
- To provide Wealth and Investment clients with full product agnostic relationship management and excellence of service within a responsive controlled environment.
- To acquire new Wealth and Investment Clients and enhance profitability through proactive cross-selling of Group products to existing and new clients.
- To provide sound advice to clients with regards to their long-term wealth and estate plans, requiring a sound understanding of investment and risk solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting.
- 7-10 years experience in the Wealth and Investment industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements in the banking industry.
- Experience in a client facing environment fulfilling demand (credit/banking/operations), with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and problem resolution.
- An understanding of products and services available to clients.
- Experience of working in a similar environment or operations would be preferred.
- Proven track record in the financial services industry, preferably with relationship management experience in Private Clients, Business Banking or Investment Banking.
