Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior R & A Specialist (Refrigerator & Air Conditioning) to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cooling systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Manage refrigerant handling in line with environmental and safety regulations.
- Supervise junior technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 6 – 8 years of proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Experience working with industrial and commercial cooling systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
