Job Title: Front of House / Receptionist (Female)

Location: Lekki, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Front of House / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional and professional customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a beauty studio environment, strong receptionist skills, and social media knowledge.
  • The Ideal candidate must be pretty, good-looking, smart, stylish, well-groomed, and confident for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and daily schedules
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Coordinate with beauty therapists and studio staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in managing and responding to social media inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support promotional and marketing activities
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by the management or HR manager related to the role.

Requirements

  • Female applicant
  • Minimum of 2 or 3 to 6 years experience as a receptionist or Front of House staff in a beauty studio, spa, or salon
  • Strong experience managing reservations and appointment scheduling
  • Smart, stylish, well-groomed, and confident
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Social media savvy (Instagram & WhatsApp Business experience required)
  • Intelligent, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside in Lekki or nearby Island areas.

Salary
Salary for the role is 150,000 naira net monthly and could be increased based on performance and satisfaction by the management.
