Colossal and Quality Build Limited was well thought out in 2010 to contribute her quota to the development of the built environment and reshape the real estate world.Since then ,she has gradually grown in establishing a market force with an experienced and focused team before becoming incorporated in 2018. Colossal and Quality Build Limited comprises of multi disciplinary team of professionals registered and incorporated under the company and allied matter act 1990 who aim to provide local and international standard to the built environment.

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Ensure efficient management, maintenance, and operation of buildings and infrastructure under the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance schedules and preventive plans
• Supervise facility staff and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage facility budgets and operational costs
• Handle tenant relations and service delivery.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
