We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Gas Turbine Maintenance Specialist

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Gas Turbine Maintenance Specialist to support spare parts validation and preventive maintenance parts review.
  • The role involves reviewing and confirming turbine spare parts lists directly with the manufacturer and ensuring the correct parts are linked to the right equipment.
  • You will work on gas turbine packages, turbine-driven compressors, generators and pumps.

What You Will Do

  • Review and validate turbine spare parts lists (EPL)
  • Confirm part numbers directly with the turbine manufacturer
  • Identify replaced, updated or obsolete parts
  • Develop and review preventive maintenance (PM) spare parts lists
  • Match validated part numbers with warehouse stock records
  • Organise parts under the correct equipment and subcomponents
  • Update and standardise part descriptions
  • Communicate directly with OEM representatives for clarification.

Qualifications

  • HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years hands-on experience working on gas turbine packages
  • Experience with turbine-driven compressors, generators or pumps
  • Good understanding of turbine maintenance intervals (1000 / 4000 / 8000 hours)
  • Ability to read and understand turbine manuals and spare parts catalogues
  • Experience developing or reviewing Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Skills:

  • Strong practical knowledge of gas turbine maintenance
  • Ability to understand OEM manuals and service bulletins
  • Good understanding of spare parts planning and stocking
  • Attention to detail when reviewing part numbers.
