Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and prevent stock discrepancies.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory movements, conducting stock counts, and maintaining proper documentation to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, and issuances
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and prepare necessary reports
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses
• Support audit processes by providing required inventory documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum of [2] years’ experience in inventory or store management
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong integrity and accountability.
