Description

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to help us onboard new businesses to our HR and Inventory management software.
• This is a remote role. Your primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and convert businesses to use our software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential businesses across various industries
• Present and demonstrate our business management software to decision-makers
• Schedule and coordinate product demos
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Close sales and successfully onboard new clients.

Requirements

• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of business operations.

Compensation

• Competitive Basic Salary: N75,000 - N150,000 / month
• Attractive commission on every successful sale
• Performance bonuses available
