Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

• A compassionate and welcoming personality who performs every task with a smile and willingly. The candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and maintaining patient medical records.
• He or she will also ensure confidentiality of patient’s information by restricting access to files from non-staff persons.

Job Description

• Registration of all patients
• Schedule appointments for patients with all doctors
• Appointment reminder notifications to be sent to patients and doctors
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Upload laboratory test results in patients’ file on EMR
• Ensure compliance with payments and HMO approval processes
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records.
• Record all inquiries, questions or requests appropriately
• Process admission and discharge records accurately, and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain records of all new registrations on EMR
• Book patients for vaccines
• Submit daily lab TAT report
• Submit weekly/monthly patient registration report
• Complete accurate documentation of patients visits on EMR
• Monitor/Ensure outpatient discharge by Doctors on EMR
• Adhere to policy and procedure of all front desk activities

Salary
N100,000 - N125,000 per month.
