Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Description

  • The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for OneVERIFY’s clients, managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving adoption of our digital identity and verification solutions.
  • This role requires a client-focused professional with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to support growth, retention, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and provide proactive solutions.

Account Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure successful projectdelivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion of services.
  • Collaborate with business development and product teams to align client goals with company offerings.

Project & Performance Oversight:

  • Monitor client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

Contract & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure contractual obligations are met and manage renewals or amendments.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements for identity verification, data privacy, and security.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present account reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Use data insights to drive account strategy and improve client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, client relations, or customer success, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS companies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, client lifecycle management, and customer success principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with digital identity, verification platforms, or RegTech solutions.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks for identity, KYC, and data protection.
  • Experience with CRM systems and account analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneously.
