Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Mill Operator to join our production team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate milling machinery in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor production output and ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Record operational data and report deviations promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mill Operator or in a similar role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of milling processes and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment.
