Job Title: Personal Assistant - PA
Location: Lekki-epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact between the executive and clients, staff, or vendors.
- Administrative Support: Drafting documents, reports, presentations, and managing filing systems.
- Meeting Preparation: Organizing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring the, principal is prepared.
- Personal Assistance: Running errands, organizing personal appointments, and handling private matters.
- Diary & Inbox Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and screening emails or phone calls to prioritize urgent matters.
- Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, visas, and preparing detailed itineraries
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
- Discretion: Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 Per month.
