Role Overview
- The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, and building long-term client relationships within assigned territories. The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and eager to grow within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
- Promote and sell financial products and services to individuals and SMEs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field with 0–3 years of sales experience (financial services experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
