Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker with hands-on experience in preparing cakes, pastries, and other confectionery products.
• The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a love for baking, and the ability to produce high-quality products that delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Keep the baking area clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Manage baking schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when stock needs replenishment.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef.
• Strong skills in cake decoration and pastry preparation.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Must reside in or around Ayobo, Lagos (nearby areas acceptable).
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
