Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
- Support the planning and execution of social media content strategies
- Build brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content
- Improve engagement rates using social media best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging
- Assist with content calendar planning and execution
- Write and edit blog posts, captions, website copy, and marketing materials
- Create visual content using basic design tools and photography
- Schedule and publish content using social media scheduling tools
- Research trends, hashtags, and relevant industry topics
- Monitor content performance and optimise strategies
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent grammar and style
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Familiarity with CMS and social media scheduling tools
- Creative mindset with strong idea generation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic design and photography skills are an advantage.
