Inventory Officer at Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited

Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited is an indigenous company that engages in the production and distribution of Trustlub brand of lubricants, supply of fuels, associated lubrication engineering, importation of base oil, additives, grease and provision of customer support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: New Makun City, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibiities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in TallyPrime ERP,
• Conduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventory audits,
• Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies or variances,
• Reconcile inventory balances between physical stock and system records,
• Prepare daily, weelkly and monthly inventory reports,
• Ensure accurate documentation for goods received and goods issued.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any field
• 3 - 5 years of cognate experience in manufacturing environment
• Not above 35 years of age,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• Experience with TallyPrime ERP or inventory management systems.
