We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Asset Maintenance & Technical Oversight:

• Coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance of all kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, chillers, coffee machines) to ensure Excellence in food production.
• Manage the maintenance of HVAC (Air Conditioning) systems, plumbing, and electrical installations across all outlets.
• Ensure all backup power systems (Generators/Inverters) are serviced and fueled to prevent operational disruptions.

Facility Safety & Compliance:

• Oversee fire safety systems, ensuring all extinguishers, smoke detectors, and fire blankets are serviced and compliant with Lagos State Safety Commission standards.
• Conduct regular "Facility Audits" to identify structural risks or health hazards, aligning with our Health, Safety & Welfare Policy.
• Manage waste disposal systems and pest control contracts to maintain high hygiene standards.

Vendor & Contract Management:

• Source, negotiate with, and supervise third-party contractors (electricians, plumbers, builders) to ensure high-quality work and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain an updated database of service providers and ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Verify and process invoices for facility-related services with Integrity, ensuring they align with the approved budget.

Utility & Resource Management:

• Monitor and optimize the consumption of water, electricity, and gas to support the company's cost-reduction goals.
• Ensure timely payment of utility bills and statutory land/building rates.
• Supervise the cleaning team (in-house or outsourced) to ensure the "Happy Community" environment is always pristine.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 per month.
