We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Partnerships Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • We’re hiring a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic distribution.
  • You’ll own the full commercial cycle—prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding handoff—and you’ll build partnerships with platforms and channels that can scale adoption (payment processors, e-commerce platforms, merchant networks, exchanges, wallets, and off-ramp partners).
  • This is a high-ownership role for someone who can sell, negotiate, and execute—fast.

Responsibilities
Sales (Direct Revenue):

  • Build and manage a pipeline of merchants and platforms that need stablecoin payment rails.
  • Run the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close.
  • Hit monthly targets for revenue, activated merchants, and payment volume.
  • Work with product and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live.
  • Create repeatable sales assets: decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, objection handling.

Partnerships (Distribution):

  • Identify and close partnerships with:
  • E-commerce platforms and merchant aggregators
  • Wallets and exchanges
  • On/off-ramp providers and settlement partners
  • POS (Point of Sale) and billing platforms
  • Structure partnership terms (commercial + operational), manage execution, and track performance.
  • Build a partner playbook: qualification → integration scope → launch plan → co-marketing.

Market & Customer Insight:

  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into clear product requirements.
  • Track competitor moves and market pricing to sharpen our positioning.
  • Support key accounts and strategic deals.

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • A clear, active pipeline with weekly momentum and measurable conversion.
  • Consistent merchant activations and first payment volume live.
  • A sales/partnership playbook that the team can scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (fintech/payments preferred).
  • Strong track record closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Comfortable selling technical products (APIs, payment flows, settlement, compliance).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work across product/engineering/ops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (pitching, proposals, follow-ups).
  • High ownership, fast execution, and structured reporting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in payments, remittances, stablecoins, crypto on/off-ramps, or merchant acquiring.
  • Existing network across Africa’s fintech ecosystem (banks, aggregators, PSPs, platforms).
  • Experience running partnerships with co-marketing and launch execution.
