Job Title: Detailing Engineer (OFWL)

Job Summary

• The Detailing Engineer (OFWL) will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed fabrication and construction drawings for offshore/structural projects.
• The role involves translating engineering designs and specifications into detailed shop drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fabrication and construction drawings based on approved engineering designs.
• Interpret structural and engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Develop shop drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and OFWL requirements.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project teams, and fabrication units to resolve technical issues.
• Review and update drawings based on revisions and field modifications.
• Maintain drawing registers and documentation control.
• Support site teams with technical clarifications when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in detailing, preferably in offshore, fabrication, or structural steel projects.
