Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) is a premier producer of dairy product in Nigeria and a leading conglomerate in the FCMG Industry with its head office in Jos, Plateau state.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper / Inventory Officer

Location: Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Storekeeper is responsible for the effective management of inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, while maintaining proper documentation and stock control in line with company policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Properly arrange and store materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and/or automated systems.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low inventory or potential shortages.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area.
• Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved by relevant authorities.
• Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
