Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Retail Sales Associates (RSA) Coordinator will be based at the Head office and responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supporting the activities carried out by Retail Sales Associates across multiple states.
  • The role ensures alignment between field sales execution and company sales targets, policies, and operational standards.
  • The RSA Coordinator will serve as the central link between the Head Office, Sales Associate in other states, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of RSAs operating in different states.
  • Monitor sales performance, targets and market coverage across assigned states.
  • Collect, review, and analyze sales reports from Sales Associates and submit consolidated reports to the Head of Sales and Head of Operations.
  • Ensure Sales Associates comply with company sales processes, pricing and brand standards.
  • Support Sales Associate with product information, sales materials and operational guidance.
  • Track products availability, distribution challenges, and competitor activities in various states.
  • Liaise with logistics, operations, and finance teams to resolve stock, delivery and payment issues affecting sales.
  • Assist in planning sales strategies, promotions, and market expansion initiatives across states.
  • Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and state level performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years experience in sales, Administration, Project Management (FMCG experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and hold team members accountable across different age demography
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories while collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and prepare clear management reports.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / month.
