Job Title: Marketing Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote company properties for sales / lessing
• Generate leads and close sales / leasing deals
• Manage relationships with clients
• Provide market feedback and insights.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales / marketing / leasing.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of Nigerian real estate market
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, CRM).
