Job Summary

• Our client is seeking proactive and results-driven Relationship Managers with a strong sales background to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure consistent engagement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc Degree
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Sales or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proximity to Bariga, Lagos is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
