Just Recruitment Agency - Our client is seeking a candidate to prepare quality meals for a private family in the capacity below:

Job Title: Male Live-In Chef

Location: VGC Estate (Before Ajah Bus Stop), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Days & Hours: From 5:00am (Breakfast by 7:00am; Dinner by 6:30pm)Off Day: Thursday
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must be male, proficient in both continental and local cuisines,punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and efficient kitchen management.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast and dinner.
• Ensure breakfast is served by 7:00am and dinner by 6:30pm.
• Resume kitchen duties from 5:00am daily.
• Plan menus in line with the family’s preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience.
• Strong knowledge of continental and local dishes (non-negotiable).
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities efficiently.
• Must be reliable, disciplined, and respectful.
• Gender: Male.
