Job Title: Experienced Metering Engineer

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is an on-site contract position based in Nigeria for an Experienced Metering Engineer.
• The role involves managing the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of metering systems within oil and gas facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring metering system accuracy, maintaining compliance with industry standards, performing regular equipment inspections, and preparing technical documentation.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and support project operations is also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
• Professional certifications in relevant engineering fields are an asset
• Experience with onshore and offshore oil and gas operations is a significant advantage
• Strong expertise in metering system installation, calibration, and maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving metering system issues
• Knowledge of oil and gas engineering standards and industry practices
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
