Description
- The Technical Sales Engineer for the Fishing Business Segment is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share for fishing tools and services.
- The role involves managing key customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing technical expertise to ensure the company remains a preferred partner in the fishing services sector.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of five(5) years in technical sales or operations within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on fishing services.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of fishing tools and services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
