BDO Management Consulting Limited - Our major client, who operates within the Nigerian economy, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Transfer Pricing Expert

Location: Ikeja, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• A good first degree in any discipline, with a minimum of second class upper or its equivalent.
• ACA/ ACCA is a must.
• Membership of CITN is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications with special reference to Advanced Excel Package is required.
• Must be familiar with key Accounting Packages, Including SAGE and QUICKBOOKS amongst others.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of Applicable Tax Laws Relevant to Nigeria.
• Must have tax practice experience in reputable firm of Chartered Accountants.
• Age: Not more than 45 years

Key Experience:
The ideal candidate must;

• Have 5-7 years of TP / Tax advisory experience, and must be experienced with Global TP policy, TP dispute resolution, Advance Pricing Agreement/Mutual Agreement Procedure (APAs/MAPs), Complex transactions (intangibles, financing) etc.
• Have multinational clients / Global tax structures experience, Knowledge of value chain analysis, Exposure to Intercompany agreements, Understanding of financial markets and pricing models (for TP financing) and Exposure to ISOM/quality review processes.
• Have hands-on experience for handling TP audits with ability to manage teams and projects, as well as preparing TP documentation and benchmarking.
• Have competencies in Transfer Pricing Documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR), Economic & Functional Analysis (FAR), Benchmarking Studies & Comparability Analysis, TP Methodologies (CUP, TNMM, CPM, Cost-Plus, Profit Split), Financial Modelling & Ratio Analysis, TP Regulations (OECD Guldelines, BEPS, Local TP Laws), Intercompany Polices & Operational Transfer Pricing, TP Audit Support & Controversy Management, Tax and Accounting Knowledge, Data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL),
• Provide necessary support as may be required to superiors.
