Pally Agro Group is a fast-growing agro-based company with integrated operations including a commercial farm and processing factory in Ogun State, and our corporate head office in Lagos. We specialize in high-quality farm and factory-processed products including fresh eggs, poultry (chicken), flour-based products, and seasonings. We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth across our product lines.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative (Agro-Based Products)

Location:  Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across Lagos and Ogun markets.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling farm-based or agro-processed products such as eggs, chicken, flour-based products, and seasonings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, hospitality, and distribution channels.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Promote and sell company products including eggs, poultry, flour-based products, and seasonings.
  • Conduct regular market visits across Lagos, Oyo and Ogun to monitor trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the farm and factory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 2–5 years proven sales experience in agro-based or farm products (eggs, poultry, flour-based products, seasonings).
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG or agricultural product market in Lagos, Oyo and Ogun.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license is a must.
